More Reasons to Switch to Windows 7
I’ve been using Windows 7 on my laptop for a few months now and I love it. As with any operating system change you spend weeks finding out new things that you can do with it. I’m sure that you have read tons of stuff on hot keys and tweaks but until you actually start using them if you’re like me you probably don’t remember them. When preparing the user group presentation last week I discovered the Snipping Tool and the magnifier which I did know existed. Also while I was preparing the presentation I discovered some things in SolidWorks that I should have known was there but I didn’t…but that’s another blog.
I’m more incline to remember something if I learn it visually and audibly which is what excites me about the most recent SolidWorks Tips for Engineers screen cast. Check it out at this link:
http://www.solidworks.com/pages/screencasts/windows7_player/Windows7.html I am sure you will learn something new about Windows 7. Thank you SolidWorks for this excellent series.
